about SCLPT
Fitness should add to your life, not take it over.
SCLPT was created for women who want to get stronger, feel more confident in their bodies, and build healthier habits without making fitness their entire life.
We believe real progress doesn't require extremes, quick fixes, or perfection. It comes from learning how to move your body, building habits you can actually maintain, and staying consistent long enough to see what you're capable of.
Whether you're starting at home, finding your confidence in the gym, or ready to take your training to the next level, SCLPT meets you where you are and gives you the structure, education, and support to keep moving forward.
Strong body. Sustainable habits. Steady results.
OUR APPROACH
Start where you are. Build from there.
There is no perfect starting point here.
SCLPT combines strength training, sustainable nutrition, habit building, accountability, and lifestyle coaching to create an approach that works in real life. Your goals matter, but so does the life you're living while working toward them.
Some seasons allow you to give more. Some require you to adjust. We don't quit because life happens—we learn how to keep moving.
The goal isn't just to complete another program. It's to leave stronger, more knowledgeable, more confident, and better equipped to maintain the progress you've made.
meet your coach
Hi, I’m tiona tyri aka coach t.
I'm a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and 200-hour certified yoga instructor but before becoming a coach, I spent years as an educator. And honestly, that part of me never left.
I don't just want to tell you what to do. I want to teach you why we're doing it, help you understand your body, and give you the tools to make choices that support your goals long after a program ends.
My coaching style is supportive, educational, and accountability-driven. I'll challenge you, but I'll also meet you where you are. If something isn't working, we'll figure out why and adjust. You don't need perfection to make progress.
And I practice what I coach in a way that might look a little different from the traditional fitness professional. I love strength training and yoga, but you'll also find me on a tennis court, learning my way around a golf course, traveling, trying something new, or picking up another hobby I probably didn't need.
I believe in living a full life and movement gives me more of it.
That's ultimately what I want for the women I coach, too. I don't want fitness to become your whole life. I want it to help you live more of it.
